I grew up in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and began working in manufacturing shortly after high school. As I approached my 30s, I felt ready for work with a deeper sense of purpose. I earned a certification in body sculpting, but soon realized that helping people feel better in their bodies was only part of the picture. I returned to school to study mental and physical health, and that broader view of well-being eventually led me to life coaching.
After 21 years in manufacturing, I stepped away to become a full-time Intuitive Holistic coach. From an early age I learned to listen to my intuition and, most importantly, to trust it—and that intuitive guidance is the heart of the work I do. Today, I help clients get clear on what they want, trust their intuition, and follow through with practical steps. Whether you’re navigating a career decision, improving your health, or working toward stronger relationships or financial goals, we’ll look at the habits, mindset, and everyday choices that support lasting change. My approach pairs inner wisdom with clear intentions, accountability, and consistent action.
