Through gentle Reiki energy work, intentional presence, and intuitive guidance, the session supports relaxation and invites you to become more aware of what your mind, body, and energy may be asking for. You’ll have space to release what no longer serves you, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and leave feeling grounded, centered, and more connected to yourself.
